He is an accomplished National & international development professional with 10 years of experience successfully designing, implementing large-scale projects in Rwanda for DFID, SIDA Canada and SIDA Sweden. He has expertise in Conflict resolution, tolerance, peace and value education and Reconciliation in National and international level.
