Aegis Trust Education Department endeavors to provide information that it possesses about the copyright status of the content, and to identify any other terms and conditions that may apply to the use of the content, such as trademark, privacy or publicity rights, or donor or other contractual restrictions. However, in some cases it has been extremely difficult to identify all potential copyright holders. Aegis Trust Education department has made all reasonable efforts to ensure copyright holders’ interests are respected and permission is sought where it is feasible to do so, but we cannot guarantee to have traced or contacted every potential rights-holder.
In order to reduce the risk to rights-holders, all potentially in-copyright material that we have digitised and made available online is accessible under a non-commercial license. Furthermore, all of our online collections are subject to a takedown policy. Any comments, suggestions, newly uploaded materials from the end users must not be offensive, miseducating, genocide denying, or /and misleading the reality of the genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Rather, peace education related materials must be welcomed on this platform.
